Dimana letaknya Rakyat didahulukan

1Malaysia
Welcome aboard, I was kinda abit lazy, the last two weeks to google cos I was sort of tired juggling between work and travelling. Maybe age is catching up and the recovery time is getting longer huh... Well did manage to get my lazy brain to do some thinking.
Okay first of all our PM has just announce a number of surprises, one being the liberation of the 30 percent bumiputra equity and also the about the JPA scholarship base solely on meritocracy. Well, on board its a very well made decision. As usual all his "machai" or what I would call them "the tripod" is super fast in reacting and congratulating every single words which comes out of his mouth. Its not that I am always against whatever our PM says, as I have always maintained that I am of the type of person who "walks my talk" Whatever policy have been announce from any of the previous PMs have always been good for the people, but have they been really and fairly being carried out???Its always a question mark...
A very good but simple example, so many and so much money have been announced for the schools, what has happened. A Royal commission has been setup and investigate to the judges scandal. No need for me to explain further.. Our PM has taken the LRT from Masjid Jamek station to Pudu station, what has been done or seen to be done so far to alleviate the congestion? Well, I want to rest, shall continue later...

Gantry System
I wish the Works Minister should get better well verse personal officers to advise him. The present system of reloading the Touch n' Go Cards thru credit cards is so inconvenience. One have to go to a few Toll Plaza offices, namely Jalan Duta and Ipoh only along the N/S highway just to get the service. I just do not understand that autoreloading which was in place during the eighties & early nineties has been terminated. Mind you that for security and safety purposes, we seldom carry big amount of cash when we travell. I would suggest that the said minister make sure that PLUS has this credit card reload facilities at all their other toll plazas first before even start talking about the Gantry System. If I would recalled, the former minister also said the same things before., singing the same old songs.

Express bus fares are up 30% nationwide
Congratulations to the government for agreeing to the raise in fares for the public transport. This is the government of the people who have been voted and have placed their trust in the BN. This clever minister, (he seems to think so) will be solely to blame if the BN were to lose even more badly in the next general election. As the economy of the the country is getting from bad to worse (even though the Bank Negara Governor, sitting in her posh office and hoodwinking the man in the street). I just can't understand how this so called Wakil rakyat wants to help the poor. To me he is robbing the poor to make the rich gets richer. Infact when the petrol price dropped below the 2004 level of less than US40 dollars a barrel, they were still charging the poor man a levy of 30% all this while. So tell me where is the justice??? Tell me Mr PM, what has happened to your 1Malaysia slogan of only a few weeks????? Do you think that Malaysians are that bloody short memories???? Just wait for the next election.....1Malaysia, rakyat di dahulukan, hahaha...

Make English compulsary in SPM
What a surprise!!!! All along my impression was that English is a MUST pass subject at the SPM level to obtain a full certificate. Only this evening I came to know from the TV news as said by the Education Minister that it was not. No wonder the whole education system has been plunder into a havoc state year in and year out. Just look at the way, the lame excuse of the Apex University intake issue. A committe has been setup again to makan, minum after each meeting again. So what's next? A blunder has been committed but no one wants to take the blame. Parents has to pay for it, not to mention the STRESS, the TIME, the TOLL, the MONEY, the HASSLE and the list can just go on an on and on. So what? Oh... its a technical error. Bullshit!!!!!!!
Simple answer, make the person or persons or for that matter even if its the VC, make them pay for it, pay for all the expenses incurred to the nearest ONE SEN. There is no excuse whatsoever.
Now coming back to the English issue, fifty years have gone by. Yes I am fifty years plus, our politicians still undecided what to teach or how to teach. Just tell the people that "All of you are DUMB FOOLS" just because of the self interest of some idiots out there. I dare to debate with anyone who wants to.... English or Bahasa Melayu, you can pick or choose. Just to share my personal experience, "I am English educated, ang mo sai... but mind you, I can speak Bahasa Melayu or Bahsa Malaysia, whatever you want to call it" I don't become less Chinese just because I am English educated or speaks fluent Malai..... Damn it....Hahaha Chak ka Liau....

School holidays
School holidays are here again. And weddings are everywhere but the Penanti by-election has such a poor turnout. That goes to show how the true mentality of Malaysian's are. The majority of them, whatever they do, looks like there is a personal interest behind. Even after fifty years, you can still find simple mistakes of the EC, names missing from the electrol roll and so whatever. Year after year, well Malaysia Bole ...with our ever famous slogan, "IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN"
That brings me to another issue which appeared in The Star today of the blunder of our very famous "APEX University", the USM. Its so easy to give a lame excuse and its all it seems okay. Tell me, how can the Uni in take division can make such a stupid blunder without properly vetting thruroughly the list before sending them out. I for one cannot except whatever excuse the deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic and International Affairs Division) has given. You are paid to do the job and if you can't even perform such an important task, well............ don't call your University an Apex university, it only brings shame to the country. Or do you want to setup another Committee to investigate...... well

Foreign Datukship
Headlines in The Star today, "Foreign Datukship", hahaha... serve those idiots right. If they are so hardup, why not get their children to get married early and produce babes... hahaha... Padan muka....
I still can't understand what the hell is so great about all these titles... Well, they think that it'll give them status, go ahead and pay them thru your nose....Its fine with me...

Safety and Security
It's been pretty busy lately and it always seems time not friendly to me, hahaha.... Okay maybe I wanna to bring up some pressing and disturbing issues happenings lately. There were so many snatch thieves not to mention the number of innocent lives being taken away cruelly. Again I would sincerely beg to our honourable Mr PM to walk his talk NOW!!!! before more irreparable damage is being done. The last week, there were numerous complaint of the high achievers failing to get the JPA scholaships again.
First I would like to highlight the work of our Police force. It really seems to every man in the street that the MAJORITY our Police are wasting the tax payers money from the way alot of things being handled. No doubt that there were quite a few success story in busting the notorious drug syndicates recently, but more needs to be done. The Police or for that matter even the politicians need to set their priority right. We must remember that all uniform security personel have signed and pledged to defend and die in enforcing the law and security for the people of the country. As recently there was this former Home Minister who blasted the man in the street for not appreciating what the Police has done thus far. I wish to remind him that what the people are not happy is because the majority of the people, I wish to stress again, the MAJORITY of the citizens whom I think is not wrong that the Police seems to getting their prioty wrong.
A simple example, why so many Police go after defenceless people in the street when the security and safety of the man in the streets are so insecure. Walking along any roads in the city of Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Georgetown and all the other cities just to name a few. The recent events in Perak is another to ponder.
Before I sign off, I would like to again invite our honourable kind Mr PM to take a drive around the city of Kuala Lumpur himself, no need to walk about to any of our hundreds of housing estates, be they in Seri Petaling, Bandar Utama or Puncak Jalil to feel for himself the security and safety of the surroundings. I need not wish to say a thing as he has travelled long and wide.
So all the best to you all and wish to apolozise for being absent for quite sometime.
Thank you

A frank and open letter to our beloved PM
Hi, hi, hi.... sorry for the long, long silence....
A very good welcome, I am back again...
Okay, first of all my apologies to everyone for not updating my blogs
Actually was sort of in preparation for my PTK4 kursus in Sepang. Well everything is over and done with but wait! Nope, I still got a tugasan to be submitted before the 18 May 2009. Anyway just to take a short break after all the stress the last 8 days (18-25 April '09).
Interesting, just got hold of the last few day's papers and glancing through the pages. Hmmm... our new New Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Mohd Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak going around Kuala Lumpur the second time around. And he "......STANDING ALLLLLLLLL THE WAY FROM THE MASJID JAMEK STATION TO PUDURAYA STATION" ....... Tell you, to me this editor or jonourlist is over writing, to be exact a TRIPOD STAND. Well, so what's next? Remember our beloved former Prime Minister or mantan or whatever you want to call, the now Tun Abdullah Hj Badawi who also went to take the Komuter. He too commented lots of thing but waht happens??????? Well, I wouldn't want to to go any further to say anything. just let the people who still uses the Komuter today if the can tell you more...
To be very frank, any Tom, Dick and Harry who is blind, who is deaf, who is dumb will be able to tell you all the conditions, the sufferings of our public delivery system. Fifty years on, five PM's come and go, but sadly the public transport, the very basic infrastruture is still the same. If our honourable Prime Minister and his cabinet is sincere, its better to 'Walk the Talk rather than Talking and walking" and by the end of the day when he becomes a former PM, another one comes on to say the same thing all over again.
Same goes to the security and safety of the public.... as I just came back from my PTK4 Kursus, its really interesting because as an obedient government servant who preaches "Saya yang menurut perintah" we also learn the basics of "Nilai dan Etika dalam Perkhidmatan Awam, Pengurusan Masa etc, etc" Having said that, the last few days in the papers, there were so many Mat Rempit going around causing nuisance and breaking the laws as they wishes. What has happened to our Police force????? Where is their priority?????? Going after peaceful demonstrator????? When we learn about "Pengurusan masa yang baik", we talk about setting our PRIORITY right.. So.........Please our new Home Minister, if the need arise cane the IGP is you have to... he is not setting his priority right...
Next need to be caned is our Transport Minister, the last few weeks there were so many deaths on the road, on the highway but is just talk and talk and talk and setting up committees....
If there is a will, there is a way..... if the Minister needs my input, I am ever willing to give constructive suggestions, example setting up police stations along the R & R on the higway. If there is any report about speeding, stop the bus and drivers right away at the next R & R before waiting for the accidents to happen again. Simple as that....... That's about all, I want to say for the time being...thanks for being patience..

Malaysia boleh, Perodua bole....
Yup, its interesting the last couple of weeks...the politicians are still talking and haggling about politics as the number of unemployment increases. Well think I shall not wanna to comment much on that as its a waste of my time and your time. I would like to talk something interesting about my new Myvi. Not that I want to boast of my addition.
Frankly its become a real neccessity and no more a luxury to own a car nowadays. Why? Just imagine that it take me more than an hour just to travel a short distance of a few kilometers. And mind you I'll have to switch between two or three modes of transportation just to rech my destination.
Okay coming back to my new car. It has just reach the thousand kilometers and I need to send it to the Perodua service centre to have the maiden routine service. And mind you it was the very firstime and my expectation was really high of our very own Malaysian car. The service centre was spot clean, the service counter, the beautiful girls behind the counter was friendly, but.......
as usual, I shall ask and find out what are the services they carry out.... You won't believe it....I shall continue....

Mathematics & Science
Hi, I am back again... Its interesting to read the last few days regarding the learning of Mathematics and Science in English or Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Melayu, whatever you want to call it. Today there was a huge crowd of gathering marching towards the Istana Negara to protest the use of English in the teaching of Mathematics and Science. Now coming back to the basics, I personally feel that its a very day in Malaysia today. Whatever things we are not happy, seems like taking to the street is option. What is going to happen to the future generations.... The whole problems seems to be getting out of hand. The Prime Minister has finally come out to admit it. That a decision must be made as soon as possible. My question is why is it taking so long for the honourable Minister of Education taking so long to come to a conclusion. All along from the very beginning, I have never agree that the teachings of Mathematics & Science should be changed (2003). Not that I am a fanatic of English or Bahasa Melayu. Education is a very complex matter. the whole system was turned upside down from the very beginning in 2003 when it changed over nite from the mother tongue & Bahasa Melayu, just for the sake of some greedy personal polticians. Simple mathematics will tell you, alot of money was made out of this. Changing of text books was just one of the items. and from this who makes the money. Think for yourself...... In any things that we want to change, it must start from scratch, it must start from the beginning and not half way through as of these two subjects.
Imagine all these years before 2003, all the products from the teachers college, unversities or whatever you want to call it were all in Bahasa Melayu. And you expect them to teach in a foreign language over nite.
After fifty years, we are still not decided as to what we want. Give us another fifty more years and we'll still be talking the same old song. and the very interesting part, as you can see what's happening today. All I know the very basic reason for delaying the announcement was more for self interest rather than for the future of our children.
In any democracy, there sure to be winners & losers. In this instance we cannot be looking and pleasing every one. Weighing the pros & cons, a decision has to be made and carry on. In any decision, its either YES or NO, there is no MAYBE or " besok lusa". Its either rite or wrong. Only people who have self interest, who wanting to please everybody will delay making a decision. the longer the delay, what good does it serve the nation.
Coming back to learning of Science & Mathematics in any language, there is no real threat to any mother tongue as can be seen in SRJK schools. Does learning Bahasa Melayu will make a chinese less CINA or for that matter, learning Science & Mathematics in english will make a malay less MELAYU. Compare the product of the seventies and nineties, its sad to see so many senior government management officers cannot even speak simple English, lest written. So TEPUK DADA TANYA SELERA............ Just that you cannot speak english, please do not depride others.
That's about all I want to share...

Tol again
Yup, I am back. Tol will go up on March 1, then the next day, the headlines screams "Tol will not go up indefinitely" Now the politicians especially some ministers seems to be treating all you voters like a bunch of Lu Lu's..... I want to remind them again that Malaysians are not stupid, blind, deaf or dumb. You wait another 4 years. A simple problem like this, you can't even get to agree, what then can you all do for the rakyat. The whole world economy is in the shit and there you can hear some sleeping politicians suddenly wakeup and shout that Malaysia economy is still okay, still okay.
Today I got to see a picture of a so call finance minister wiping his tears. In between sobs, he says, "Malaysians must accept reality of prolonged financial crisis". What a joke.....
You can bluff some idiot voters some time, but you can never bluff all the voters all the time. Come on my dear politician, if you can't calculate simple mathematics, then its even better that you don't open your big mouth. Time never lie.
A cheap commissioner says, “I can bet with you that it’s something that you will find on most men’s handphones,” meaning to says that if others can commit an offence, you too can also do the same. What a shame........... I am a shame, a highest ranking office bearer, who is suppose to a be a role model can speak like a child..........Any sane person will understand what I am trying to put across............

Politics, politics and more politics
My, my, my.... what the hell is going on in Malaysia, to be exact Perak politics. The moment you open the papers, its about Perak politics, the moment you switch on the TV, there's nothing else these two days......... SO the next best thing to do is to save some money, stop buying the papers and swictching off the television sets. It's really boring and the politicians never learns...The only reason I can think off are these idiot politicians really makes a mokery of the peoples trust, the peoples votes to them. No wonder that our future generation, the children are too lost in their everthing they do. We talk about integrity, integrity, integrity....and the very politician never walks the talk. So how are our future generation going to be??????????. In all fairness, the Perak state government should have been dissolve, there is no two way about it. Let the people decide whether they are willing to vote the three plus one stooges again. If nessessary and I think its high time that the Constitution should be amended immediately to nullify any seat, be they MP or State Representative who hops from one party to another or vice versa and go back to the voters. Let the people decides even if it had to be ten times. That is the way our politicians want to waste the tax payers money. There is no kemaluan any more..... Malu malu malu....... Even the very season politicians are all the same.......Malaysia Boleh..............

Gong Xi Fa Cai coffeeshop talk
Gong Xi FA Cai, Happy Chinese New Year.......It's good to be back....
So many things happen these two weeks......Everybody was really busy preparing to welcome the year of the Golden Ox......including myself....
Suddenly I found myself falling ill just before the big day.... It was after so many years, I have lost count and the Virus attack was sever.....just could not get out of bed and the whole body muscle was like coming apart....the fever was intermittent and worst, the rashes started to appear on my legs and hands.....It was scaring too, especially there were so many Denggi and Chikungunya cases in town......In five days, I went in and out of hospital three times.....getting my red blood tested for placet counts....The first test was 173 and the next was 258.....So lucky it was not....And now I am on the road to a full recovery......hopefully so....
So many things have happened during the Chinese New Year week, but the most talk about was the Kugan case.... I would not like to comment much as I think that it does not warrant much comments........If this is the way our country is being govern, sad to say........the people are not stupid anymore.........just wait for the next election and see.... Recycle ministers talking nonsense. Why I say that???? Everybody is still in celebrating mood, the CNY and the holidays, but suddenly you hear one of the many recycle minister telling you the that the sugar price will be increase soon. what increase, no body even ask in the first place. That's what I say when you have recycle ministers, you get recycle news and now the the traders start to hoard sugars and everybody start to stockup sugar and in the end who started the sugar shortage thing???
Another interesting story is the fuel surcharge thing. You can hear that school bus operators are also imposing all these hidden artificial charges. and the best part is the minister will be starting to talk on behalf of all these bus operators as though he has some shares in them. Ask all these recycle ministers who are they working for? If not for the people who voted for them. Have they not forgotten a certain toll minister who was kicked out by his own voters in the March 08 election...Because he always talk for the toll concessionares.

KTM Komuter
I have an interesting story to share. I was on emergency leave to attend some personal matters yesterday. For a change, I decided to take the Komuter. My journey was from Segambut to Serdang station..... It was peak hour at 6:52am in the morning. By the time the Komuter arrive at the Segambut station, it was already packed of people to the brim.........What choice I got if I do not want to miss the appointment......So I inched my way into the front coach. It was worst than sardines in a can. Now I can visualised the daily sufferings of the people, the office workers, the labourers, students, old and young and the list goes on and on............You must in there to experience what the actual situation... I must really thank god for what I have today, really appreciates all the basic things of life. Mind you, luckily it was early in the morning and the surrounding smell was still fresh and nice, with all the perfumes and what not. In the komuter there no more room, you dont even get a chance to pickup a thing if you happens to drop it on the floor. There is no chance you'll not touch the next person to you as the train starts to move forward. You know I can see and feel that the majority of the passengers are true experienced daily commuters. Guess how I know from the way the follow the rythm of tha sway........ Each time when the train starts to move forward, all of them would lean backwards and as the Komuter slows down to the next stop all the passengers would lean backwards again, amazing really. From the way I see that each and everyone seems to hold tight to their handbags and bags, there must be pickpockets loitering around. Well, through these once experience, I would sincerely suggest to the government and the Transport Minister in particular to look into the agony and sufferings the people have been facing daily. The moral of the story is that we should be not only thankful of what we have, but appreciate the little things in live life to the max....

Toll and Malaysian Made
Good morning, Today I have two topics toshare with you guys. First the Toll issue and then the Buy Malaysian Goods. I whole hearthedly agree with what the CM of Penang wrote in yesterday's Star paper. Read it yourself, don't be lazy. Yes, as I shall summarised it from the layman's point of view, the declassified documents figures shows that PLUS has been making so much money over the years since its inception. Where can you find, doing business in the world where the profit is guaranteed, hahaha...... Only in Malaysia. A former works minister has been protecting the company for so many umpteenth years until finally, suddenly the people wokeup one day and kick him out of Parliament. Where in the world you dont get a discount, however small for the tol fare especially when you are paying upfront, only Malaysia bole..... I call it Malaysia bagang............ hahaha... Okay la... I got a small secret to tell you, but only you can utilise it on the Penang bridge, not even the ferry, mind you. Go buy the Touch'n Go card from the Penang bridge customer center and when you get to use it on the toll on the Penang bridge, you get a discount...........hahaha...
Okay coming back to the next issue of buying Malaysian goods.........I tell you, those guys out there shouting and getting the TV camera to capture them are like a bunch of fools........After fifty years, now only they suddenly wake and realise and telling us, telling the whole world to buy Malaysian made goods. Just look at the simple things, shirt, the jeans, the cars, the computer, the handphones and you can go on and on with the list,,,,,,,,,,,,,come on lar frens........ As though that all the Malaysians are so stupid like them..............Wake lar..... I need to go for my breakfast..............

Back to School
Well, a very good morning to all and everyone. We have move into 2009 and it's already into the 6th day. Well time flies without us knowing. I can still hear, see and read many people are reassesing what they called their New Year Rosultions and what not. As for me, I have vow not to make any resolutions, my only dream that I can be healthy, do whatever I can do and see my children growing and slowly turning into mature hardworking adults one day too. I wish that the world can be a better place to live in. The last few days, there were nothing much I would comment from the newspapers. I like it this way, the lesser the politician talks, the better the news from the newspapers. Hope our news editor keep it that way. The politicians should be busy walking their talks by now, making sure that the food prices, especially, be it raw or cooked should justify the actual crude oil prices now. They should be looking at and making sure that the bus fares of our school children, the man in the street should not paying through their nose, what not I called it the crooked way by imposing a so called surcharge. What SURCHARGE????? Come on.....Please don't think the people stupid anymore..........

Safety road ratings
Hahahaha......I like those words, and today, just after only 3 days into 2009, already 24 people have been killed. Never mind we set up another committee to investigate, hahahaha.....
Come on..... simple reasoning.....I think the high number of death is because those enforcers are busy implementing the new laws, looking for people not buckling up at the back seat. So they forget to see the front, that's why you get so many accidents. Our politicians like to ape the west ka east ka north ka... south ka... the only thing thing they forget to see is the way the locals drive, hahahaha........... You want my suggestion, good, but no point just reading it, then it'll be a waste of your time..... Simple, the laws are there, enforce it with INTERGRITY, the very basic rule. There is no compromise. Drivers mentallity, you cannot change them. So........wakeup....If the need be, a mojority of our enforcers need to be changed first....... They do not know the priority...
Okay, on another issue, School Terms starting tomorrow...........
The MOE has suspended the collection of School FEES and funds to Mid year...........yayaya.... says the majority of the PIBG because it'll burden the parents now and NOT later, hahahaha....
come on, simple mathematics calculation.........Do it yourself, DUMB.
Can you all recall, Oh......thank you for giving us the year end BONUS, It comes in handy, It'll surely help lessen our burden for our school going children, yells the civil servants........Now? what happens to the money? Think for youself....
Another related issue, The amount of PIBG funds wish to be collected must get the approval of the PPD first. What happens if the amount is rejected PPD? Mind you that the amount has been agreed by the PIBG AGMs. So we have another extra AGMs..... Come on la.....
Majority of parents want the best for their child, what you think, want to get everything FREE... From the wormb to the Tomb......But can drive new car, latest handphones, monthly Astro subscription and the list go on and on and on........think for yourself... I need to go...
